Thank you for using MyBoatseller.com for your buying and selling needs. By registering, you agree to the following guidelines, which must be followed to ensure factual and up-to-date information provided on each and every advertisement posted.
If the Terms of Use are violated, your user account will be terminated (with or without notice) and your active listings will be removed without a refund of payment.
GUIDELINES FOR SELLERS:
1. Any information in your listing must be accurate to the best of your knowledge, up to and including any known damage. An ad can not be changed once it has been approved, so make sure information is correct before it is submitted.
2. Any photos posted must be of the actual item being sold. Stock photos of items are strictly prohibited.
3. Once an item is sold, you must mark it as sold. You can not leave an item listed to continue getting contacted to promote other items.
4. If an advertisement is stopped by the seller, it can not be re-activated. No refunds will be given for any ads that are accidentally deleted by the seller.
5. Prices of additional options on listings are subject to change without notice.
GUIDELINES FOR BUYERS:
1. If you find any ads to contain inaccurate information, i.e. price or availability, please e-mail advertising@myboatseller.com and include the seller's ID, Ad ID, and the details of what is incorrect.
2. If at any time you feel unsatisfied with a transaction, please contact the seller to try to come to an agreement prior to leaving negative feedback.
3. Do not send money to a seller without seeing and inspecting the item you wish to purchase. My Boat Seller and it's affiliates are not responsible for any misrepresented items. It is the buyer's responsibility to decide if the product meets expectations and is worth the price of purchase.
